Ohpolluy Terms of Purchase
These Terms of Purchase govern your use of the Ohpolluy website (hereinafter “Site”) and any purchases of womenswear products (hereinafter “Products”) from Ohpolluy. By placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy (all available on the Site).
1. Order Placement & Confirmation
- Order Submission: When you place an order on the Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected Products at the listed price (in USD, as all transactions on Ohpolluy are conducted in United States Dollars). All product prices displayed on the Site include applicable taxes (where required by law) but exclude any potential customs duties or fees for international orders (these are the sole responsibility of the recipient).
- Order Confirmation: After submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order (this is not a confirmation of acceptance). Ohpolluy reserves the right to accept or reject your order in whole or in part (e.g., if a Product is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or if we suspect fraudulent activity). We will send a formal “Order Confirmation Email” to your provided email address once your order is accepted—this email will include your order number, Product details, shipping address, and total amount paid, and will constitute a binding contract between you and Ohpolluy.
- Order Modifications/Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order (e.g., change Product size, remove an item), you must contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations after this timeframe, as orders begin processing immediately. 3. Shipping & Delivery
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order acceptance. Processing time includes verifying payment, preparing Products for shipment, and packaging.
- Delivery Timeline: After processing, Products are shipped via our standard shipping service, with an estimated delivery time of 6-12 business days from the date of shipment. This timeline applies to all orders worldwide, and Ohpolluy offers free standard shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required.
- Shipment Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real time. You are responsible for tracking your order and being available to receive delivery (or arranging for an alternative delivery location as permitted by the shipping carrier).
- Delivery Responsibilities: Ohpolluy is responsible for ensuring your order is shipped in accordance with the confirmed details, but we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs hold-ups, weather disruptions, carrier errors, incorrect shipping addresses provided by you). It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address—we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or delayed orders due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Return Eligibility: You may return any unused, unaltered Products (with original tags attached and in original packaging) for a refund within 60 days of the delivery date. Final-sale items (marked “Non-Returnable” on product pages, including limited-edition styles and clearance items) are excluded from this policy.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, Product details, and reason for return. We will provide a pre-paid return label (for global returns) and step-by-step instructions. You must ship the returned Products within 7 days of receiving the return label—failure to do so may result in delayed or denied refunds.

5. Product Availability & Descriptions
- Availability: All Products on the Site are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasionally Products may be out of stock after an order is placed. - Product Descriptions: Ohpolluy makes every effort to ensure Product descriptions (e.g., size, color, fabric, fit) and images on the Site are accurate. However, minor variations may occur (e.g., color differences due to monitor settings, slight fabric variations in production), and these do not constitute a defect or grounds for a mandatory refund—we recommend reviewing our size charts and fit notes carefully before purchasing, or contacting customer service for additional details.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Ohpolluy’s liability for any claims arising from your purchase (e.g., defective Products, delayed delivery) is limited to the total amount you paid for the affected Products. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, inconvenience, missed events) unless such damages are caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- This limitation of liability does not apply to damages caused by our failure to comply with legal obligations, or to personal injury or property damage resulting from our negligence.

Ohpolluy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Purchase at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Site with a “Last Updated” date, and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
